After mainly working on marketing-strategic and commercial issues at EY Consulting, at some point I no longer wanted to just make analyses and present nice reports in the boardroom, but to have contact with the shop floor where it has to happen.
Namely, effectively realizing innovations with the people who have to do it. Furthermore, I was also drawn to opportunities abroad due to my international aspirations. Reasons enough to exchange a nice job for my own practice.

What motivates you?
Everyone wants to work in a motivated and pleasant atmosphere, and I wholeheartedly agree. Yet, heavy workloads and organizational silos frequently cloud the bigger picture. Instead of communicating directly, people often discuss each other, which fosters resistance. This ultimately leads to lower job satisfaction, decreased efficiency, and dissatisfied customers.

My passion is to assist individuals in achieving a renewed and clear perspective. I take pleasure in guiding them to concentrate on the right path while encouraging genuine engagement from all team members. This is where my skills truly excel.
